Product Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for industrial signal and power connector design, functional verification, structural optimization, and progress control;

2. Lead or assist in the pre evaluation and formal development of new products;

3. Responsible for the implementation of the entire process of new product development, document production and tracking involved in the product development process;

4. Conduct design defect analysis and develop improvement plans for product issues raised by various departments;

5. Responsible for providing solutions to technical issues arising from product after-sales service;

6. Cooperate with the marketing and sales departments to communicate technical issues related to customers;

7. Cooperate internally to solve technical problems in production and quality issues;

8. Able to complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors on time.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical design or mechanical automation or related fields,Proficient in using graphic software;

2. Familiar with connector products and performance, possess new product design capabilities, participate in and understand the entire project development process, and have participated in the entire process of 1-2 projects.

3. Have more than 3 years of design related work experience in the connector industry, and be able to independently complete the design and verification of new products;

4. Understand the properties and applications of commonly used plastic and metal materials for connectors, as well as stamping and injection molding processes;

5. Positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good team spirit.

Working hours: 6 days and 8 hours per day

Job requirements:

1. Male or female, with a high school diploma or above, aged between20-40Between years old and over two years oldQChands-on background.

2. Able to read drawings and use calipers, micrometers, altimeters, anime, hardness meters and other inspection tools.

3. Positive attitude, good at communication, and possess a strong team spirit.

4. Responsible for quality inspection of incoming materials, processes, and shipments.

5. Experience in the connector industry is preferred.
